About Our Company

Hindustan Pressings Private Limited, an IATF 16949 company was established in the year 1992 at Bhosari, Pune. It is a professionally owned firm and Mr. Rakesh Mittal (Managing Director) is the person who started with a vision to cater to the manufacturing needs of the Auto industry by starting manufacturing of pressed / stamped components for various requirements for auto and allied industry. Later on, our services were extended to other different applications in many verticles.

Capabilities

Stamping is one of the first processes we started at HPPL in the year 1992. Currently producing over 100,000 stamped parts every day, we are among the top manufacturers for these kinds of products. We supply customised pressed parts to more than 10 domestic and international customers on a regular basis.

Laser Cutting

We understand how important precision is when it comes to laser cut parts. At HPPL, Laser cutting is one of our core strengths. Using high end machines like Trumpf, (other names), we manufacture X variety/number of parts.

0.5mm – 25mm

CNC bending

Our Bystronics and ISGAC- HACO machines are highly accurate with positioning and repetition (add more). Our machines are capable to handle parts of up to X length and X thickness.

MIG / TIG Welding

From small to medium sized parts, our in house team has been mastering welding since X years. We provide services like Shot blasting, Hot dip galvanizing, (add more) etc,
